  • Wall and ceiling decor and drapes as allowable

  • Fresh florals for food, drink, and dining tables

  • Place settings including china, napkins, and drinkware. Limited serveware also available.

Custom Events by Size & Elements No Place Settings

Event Design for events by venue/space size where per person place settings are not needed. Includes planning, setup, and breakdown of design elements.

When you just need to delegate the decorating. We will design an aesthetic to include:

  • Table top decor and linens

  • Elevated and floor standing elements, including lighting, faux florals and greenery

  • Limited rugs and accent furniture

Small space - Starting at $600

Medium space - Starting at $1,000

Large space - Starting at $1,600

  • Includes everything above plus Curtains and Drapes for tent sides.

  • Additional floor coverings and pillows as needed.

Decor Setup only

Realizing you just need someone to show up and set up your decor? We can do that. Includes 1 person, 2 eyes for detail, and up to 3 hours of setup time. No breakdown. Additional help at $40 an hour per person.

Consultation - $60.00 per hour

  • Personal Event Design: Only ready to put one toe in? Let’s have a one-hour consultation. We will discuss your event needs, ideas, and dreams. Book your event and the consultation fee will be applied to the contract balance. OR use the hour to develop an inspiration board for you to execute on your own.

  • Venue evaluations require a minimum of 3 hours.

Pop-Up Date Nights & Proposals

Perfect if you need something extra special for just the two of you.. At your location - travel charges may apply.

Get cozy in a bubble tent while relaxing on fireside chairs, pillows, and plush blankets. Gentle lighting and romantic decor will draw you in for special one-on-one time. Includes two hours.

Proposing? Special occasion? We can add extra touches to seal the surprise and recommend photographers to capture the moment.

Oh you got big ideas?! Dreamers unite! We are open to exploring larger scale events for a good cause.

Add-ons:

  • Food and drink is not included in our packages unless specified but that doesn’t mean we don’t have good taste. We can add-on small bites and some sips. Starting at $15/person.

  • Custom invitations for those who want to send a WOW to set the tone upfront. Cost is dependent on materials and quantity. Contact us for a quote.

  • Rentals for chairs, tables, linens, and large scale items. We keep a low inventory intentionally, but if we got it, you can borrow it (at a price). Pricing and rentals page coming soon…

  • Custom Signage can be designed, printed, or made. Supply your own and we will incorporate at no extra charge.
